Trio HLK

Named for the initial letters of the member’s surnames Trio HLK features Rich Harrold (piano & synth), Ant Law (8 string guitar) and Rich Harrold (drums, percussion). Their latest album “Anthropometricks” (Ubuntu Music, 2024) includes guest appearances from percussionist evelyn Glennie, cellist Natalie Clein and vocalist Varijashree Venugopal.

Nottingham born bassist and composer now living and working in new York, but who returns to London on a regular basis. His most recent album “A Bouquet (for Lady Day0” was recorded in London with the British musicians Liam Noble (piano) and Heidi Vogel (vocals).

Dee Byrne

London based alto saxophonist, composer and improviser. Her latest album “Outlines” (Whirlwind Recordings, 2023) features a hand picked sextet comprising Dee Byrne – alto saxophone, Nick Malcolm – trumpet, Tom Ward – clarinets, Rebecca Nash – acoustic and electric piano, Olie Brice – double bass, Andrew Lisle – drums.
