Trio led by Vietnamese American trumpeter and composer Cuong Vu and featuring Stomu Takeishi (electric bass) and Ted Poor (drums). Their May 2016 release “Cuong Vu Trio Meets Pat Metheny” (Nonesuch) teams them with the great guitarist and composer Pat Metheny.
