Quartet led by double bassist and composer Dominic Lash and featuring Alexander Hawkins (piano), Javier Carmona (drums and percussion) and Ricardo Tejero (tenor saxophone and clarinet). Their debut album “Opabinia” (Babel Records, 2013) is a skilful and effective blurring of the boundaries between composition and improvisation.
